An inner bowl, inner cover, and nut are included with this model. Outer cover latches securely in place and has handles for easy removal after test. All contact parts are corrosion resistant lightweight cast aluminum.
Standard models have a dial operated speed control that must be gradually increased
manually to bring units up to operating speed in the 0-3600 rpm range during the test. The control is mounted directly to the centrifuge base on these models. A brake stops rotation in seconds when the unit is switched off.
Digital Automatic Models run unattended according to a preset time (1-10 min.) and preset maximum speed is reached via an electronic acceleration control. The unit stops and brakes automatically when time expires, and controls reset to repeat for the next test at a touch of the start button. Actual speed is displayed while running.
The separate control box is designed for wall mounting or other remote position, attached by flexible conduit to the centrifuge.
This 1500g unit measures approximately
17x17x18" (432x432x457mm) and has 4 mounting holes in its base. Ten filter rings are included; order extras in packs of 100. When using terpene-based biodegradable
