What are the shipping methods?
All items are shipped via UPS. The available methods are UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select. Items ordered before 3PM EST will ship the same day if possible.

How do I return an item?
All returned items must be issued an RMA # before it can be returned. Please contact our office before sending any orders back. Please contact customer service (1.888.311.2823) for more information on returning an item. Items are subjected to a 25% restocking fee based on an inspection once we receive them. All items must be shipped in the original packaging. Thank you.
